We realize that you may not have a lot of freezer space and we want to make sure that you can also buy a variety of cuts.
Beef boxes come in various sizes priced right for the consumer. Each box contains a selection of delicious cuts sized for today’s families. The meat is processed locally at a USDA certified plant and is vacuum sealed for freshness.
The meat will come from a single beef animal that has lived a wonderful bovine’s life wandering the fields, taking in the sun always under a watchful eye.

Andrew Kiraly grew up on the farm and operated a Holstein dairy until 2014. He wanted to slow down a bit and sold the Holsteins and purchased Registered White Park cattle. The White Park originated in England and is a docile breed that is easy to handle, grows fat on grass and has excellent beef flavor.
Andrew grows wheat, triticale and barley – non-GMO grains- to feed the young stock and nursing mother cows. Dry hay is harvested for winter feeding as the beef herd grazes from April—November. The dairy facility was renovated to make a good winter environment for mother cows and calves. The adult cattle go out each day in the winter unless the weather is too severe. No bulls roam the fields as the herd is bred with the best genetics available.

200 lbs of beef cut to your specification at the USDA meat packer. Sizes of packages custom to your family size.
$650 deposit required at time of order. A large freezer is needed to store this amount of beef.
Beef quarters – $700.00 ($7.00/lb)
100 lbs of beef including 60 lbs of cuts, 40 lbs of ground beef

$350 deposit required-a small freezer is needed to accommodate a quarter.
Beef eighths – $400.00 ($8.00/lb)
50 lbs of beef (half of the quantity of the quarters) and including the entire selection of cuts in the same size packages. A regular freezer on the top of a kitchen refrigerator should hold most of this if nearly empty to start. This is a good way to try our beef.
$200 deposit required.
Beef boxes – $225 (9.00/lb)
25 lbs of beef with a selection of cuts that will hold you over a few months or the summer!
$100 deposit required.
Additional lean hamburger available to add to any item for $5.50/lb.
